Returns and Exchanges

We are confident that you will enjoy our products. So confident that if you are not completely satisfied, you may return items purchased within 14 days from the day you received your order and receive a full refund. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the return is due to our error, shipping charges will be refunded.

Return Policy

You can return unworn, unwashed, unused items within 14 days of ship date for an exchange. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error. No credit is given for lost or damaged packages en route to Tradition Threads. Please insure and track your package.

Returns to Tradition Threads will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment unless a different payment option was selected. A refund will be posted to your credit card or account once your return is received and processed.

Processing times for returns vary, and may take up to 30 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be transmitted to your credit card or account. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transmitted credit request.

Exchange Policy

You can return unworn, unwashed, unused items within 14 days of ship date for an exchange. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you. 

Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. For faster processing, please follow the requested guidelines included in your packaging.  All other return policies apply.

Submitting a Return or Exchange Request

Before mailing your item(s) back to Tradition Threads, you must submit a return request:

  1. Log into your account and go to Completed Orders, then click the Return Item(s) link next to the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  2. In the returns form, select the items and quantities to return.
  3. Please remember to select the reason for the return. If you cannot find an appropriate reason, select "Other" and describe the reason in the comments text box.
  4. Select the desired return action: replace or refund.
  5. In the comments text box, include additional comments or questions that you have, then click "Submit Return Request."

Once submitted, we will review your request and send you further instructions, typically within three (3) business days.

Returning Item(s)

Once your request for a return or exchange has been approved, you'll need to mail the items you are returning to our warehouse:

  1. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging or in an appropriate cardboard box or sealed bag. 
  2. Include the packing slip and receipt (receipt can be reprinted on the order history page) with your return.  
  3. Using packing material (e.g. plastic bag, etc) around your item(s), pack and tape your package securely. 
  4. Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all offer this option. Insuring and tracking your package protects you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as when you sent it. Write down your tracking number and keep it until Tradition Threads has refunded your money. 
  5. Ship your return to the following address:
